By now I’m sure everyone knows what a content house is, but for those who don’t, the simple explanation is that they are houses where a group of creators live together and create content. In general, these houses consist of creators ages 17 to 23, and house about 8 to 10 people.

The Brains Behind Goat Fam L.A.

Gavin Magnus (13) is not only a creator on apps such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, but is also the entrepreneurial genius behind Goat Fam L.A. Magnus along with his mother, Theresa, originally came up with the idea of Goat Fam almost 2 years ago, where they wanted young creators to be able to have a safe environment to collaborate in.

Gavin is a child actor who has enjoyed rapping, singing, dancing and acting since he could walk. As an actor, he appeared on networks such as Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. He is best known for his work in the DreamWorks TV series ‘When Sports Collide’ and his role of Byron in “Timecrafters,” a feature film alongside Denise Richards.

Gavin is also an accomplished singer/songwriter signed to Columbia Records. Making his teenage debut in 2020 with his first rap/pop song, “Hearts on a Pendant,” which currently has over four and a half million views on YouTube.

Gavin is an animal activist, often involved in hospital charity events with a huge heart for helping others, and has used his influence several times to raise awareness against bullying.

Originally “Goat Fam” was supposed to be a creator collective, but then the idea quickly altered into a content house. When asked about why he wanted to have a content group, Gavin responded by saying, “I honestly just wanted to provide other creators with a safe environment to collaborate and have fun.”

Gavin himself is a well-established influencer who has amassed a shocking 7.5 million followers across TikTok, Instagram and Youtube. He also landed a deal with Capitol Records at just 12 years old.

“If it wasn’t for my mom and all the endless nights we spent working, which paid off, I would not be in the place I’m in,” Gavin said.
