29-year-old Sacramento man, Raymond Michael Weber, killed two women in a Vacaville apartment on Friday night and live-streamed the murder scene.

The Vacaville Police Department received a 911 call from a woman around 12:40 a.m. Saturday to report a man inside an apartment and possibly armed.

“She stated the man had live-streamed himself on social media from inside the apartment,” the report stated. “The video showed the man carrying a handgun and two women lying on the floor – not moving.”

According to Breaking 911, the live-stream footage shows Weber repeatedly saying, “These bitches tried to set me up.” “Uzzy Marcus tried to set me up.” Uzzy Marcus is a local rapper.

In the video, Weber says, “this bitch still alive,” and checks for a pulse on one of the women.

The 29-year-old man already had an “outstanding warrant for various felonies including domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon.”

When officers responded to the 911 call and arrived at the scene, the suspect had barricaded himself in his apartment.

Responding officers called in the SWAT team and Critical Incident Negotiation Team (CINT). CINT attempted negotiations but wasn’t successful.

Other apartment units were evacuated before taking further action. Police officers used distraction devices and chemical agents, hoping to make the man surrender.

Around 8:30 a.m., officers forced their way into the apartment and secured the suspect after a “brief struggle” involving the use of a taser.

“Out of an abundance of caution, the other units in the apartment building were evacuated as distraction devices and chemical agents were deployed in an attempt to have the man surrender,” the report said. “Eventually, officers entered the apartment and found the man hiding inside.”

“After a brief struggle – during which an officer utilized a taser – the man was taken into custody at approximately 8:32 a.m.”

Officers found the two women dead inside of the apartment. The cause of death is still being investigated, and their identities are being withheld until their families are contacted.
