Texas is facing a winter storm like never before including rolling blackouts and low water pressure. Authorities are also concerned about water contamination especially in and around Houston.

Water utility companies are issuing boil orders because of the low water pressure. Some water is turned off completely.

If residents do have electricity and are able to boil water, it is recommended that the water is boiled for two minutes.
